NIcole STAMPS
Nicole started her career over 20 years ago. After working exclusively for her mentor, a high end custom home builder, she started her own firm.
Nicole is passionate about creating beautiful spaces that clients call home. Her attention to detail is evident in every project large or small. Nicole is self taught and has worked on projects in all price ranges. Her knowledge of the building process is extensive with over 200 projects covering all aspects of design/build. Her talent to have a vision, create architectural designs, implement the construction process and finalize the interior design, all while managing costs and walking clients through the process is what makes her so unique. Her diverse talents set her apart.
Nicole is authentic with strong opinions and she treats every client as if they are her only client. She is efficient and utilizes time purposefully and is always responsive and believes communication is paramount.
Nicole devotes much of her time to philanthropy. She has been a top fundraiser for the Komen 3 Day Breast Cancer walk since 2008 and has participated in events in Philadelphia, Arizona and San Diego. She has raised over $100,000 personally.
She graduated from the University of Maryland with a BA in Journalism. When not working she loves to travel with her husband and their six kids, hike, bike, ski and relax on the beach in Margate, NJ with their two golden retrievers!
