I highly recommend using Nicole Stamps as your designer during the planning stages of building your home. My husband and I built a 12,000 sq ft home using the area's best architectural firm. When we initially showed our architectural drawings to Nicole she immediately told us that on the right side of our house the architect only planned for one window on the second floor. Not only would this make the house look odd from the exterior, but it would prevent us from bringing natural light into our upstairs bedroom area. Prior to showing Nicole, we had two other design firms look over our drawings and neither one picked up this missed detail. This is just one of many examples demonstrating Nicole's keen eye for detail and design.  We are very pleased with the outcome of our home. Nicole understands the intricacies involved in constructing a new home and is an "out of the box", progressive thinker. Nikki has been so much fun to work with on our total renovation.  Our house is over 100-years old and we needed to gut the entire thing.  Nikki has had great vision in re-design, color selections, furniture selection and keeping it all feeling modern in a really old house.  She is fun to work with and has been especially sensitive to budget.  Nikki even had great ideas for our exterior property renovation and future projects for this house.  We have really enjoyed working with Nikki on our challenging and never ending project!

Details, details, details! Unlike most male building contractors, Nicole Stamps incorporates function and flow into her building designs. Understanding how modern families actually use their spaces,  Nicole addresses current AND future needs into the plans. Though we were a pet-less family when we built our house,  she selected a rustic tile for the sun room which ultimately turned out to be perfect for the dog crate with convenient access to the backyard and includes a second pantry for school supplies and dog gear and food. Nicole's finish selections reflect timeless taste and style creating inviting spaces that people want to spend time in. We will use Nicole again if we ever relocate, inviting her to the site even if it's abroad!
